Community Living Camp DAY1

Our college decided to conduct the community living camp from 1 March to 5 March. Our community living camp "Meraki 2021" with the theme 'Education - its creative and social aspects'. It was an amazing experience for all of us.








Day 1
Title : Kelikottu
The first day began with the inaugural ceremony which was from 9.30 to 10.20 am.  The programme started by seeking the blessing of the almighty with the prayer by college coir. Later on, Dr. Preetha T L Principal CNCE welcomed everyone to the gathering. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Malini P M, Principal KNM BEd college, Kanjiramkulam. Ma'am took a short inagural session in which she explained about meaning of community Living Camp, its benefits, how it can be associated with our theme, etc. Her class was very brief, yet satisfactory. Then our director Rev.Fr Sony Sebastian and Ms Sushmma prabha ma'am proposed the felicitation. Father talked about the importance of going back to the old days, away from all this digital world. Then Ms Prabhitha Prabhakaran expressed pur sincere thanks to Nalini ma'am and all the guests on the stage.

Every function and duties were assigned to everyone. There was no delay or confusion at all. Each day was assigned to each house in the college. The first day was assigned to Ruby house. The tea break was from 10.20 to 10.30 and the ruby house has organized it well. They supplied tea and snacks to everyone in the camp and for the guests. 
The next session was from 10.30 to 12.30 which was by Dr Pramod, Assistant professor In Education - Chinmaya Vidhyalaya, Ernakulam. The title of the session was " Scamper your thoughts and actions". He introduced the topic through varieties of activities. He gave plenty of activities to boost our creativity. Through the session, he encouraged all of the student teachers to make the thoughts into actions. The morning session was ended at 12:30 pm with the Vote of thanks by Ms.Aawani Aswan.

After the lunch hour, everyone was very excited to watch the cultural programme performed by the ruby house. The Ruby house captain Athira Sreekumar welcomed everyone to their wonderful programs. The programme began by the presentation of a video to introduce every members of their group. Further the group presented a video on Students in Online classes. Next, Ms.Aawani Aswan presented a dance performance, followed by that Ms. Anusree came up with a soothing light music performance. After the performances, the team presented a short video on 'Abuses against women', which showcases the abuses faced by women in all walk of their life. The programme was followed by video of group dance by the team members. After the programmes we came up with a fashion show exhibiting a few of the most iconic woman characters of Malayalam cinema, which was undoubtedly the highlight of the programme. The cultural programmes came to an end with a song by Ms.NandaS.S. 
After the cultural programmes, there was a workshop on interview and CV preparation by VishnuRaj, Verbal Aptitude and Career Launcher, Recruitment process trainer. He made us understand how to prepare our CV and explained each step clearly. It was a very useful session. The session lasted from 2.30 to 3.30. and restarted after the tea break and ended at 4.30. 
The first day was really amazing. Ruby house, its members and each and every teachers coordinated the first day very well.
