Today September 29 is celebrated as World Heart Day. Our Sheeba ma`am made this day wonderful by making a discussion about how to keep our heart healthy. I was so amazed as everyone was interested and shared there knowledge.
To keep our heart Healthy
- Eat healthy.
- Get active.
- Stay at a healthy weight.
- Quit smoking and stay away from secondhand smoke.
- Control your cholesterol and blood pressure.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Manage stress.
- Find time for exercises like aerobic exercise
- Do Yoga (Surya Namaskar and Pranayama)
- Eat less sugar
- Drink enough water
- Keep balance in cholesterol level
- Good sleep
- Stay happy and spend time with loved ones.
