Today was the second online class about Management.. Sheeba ma`am explained about management in a simple way and showed us an interesting video to clarify the concept. The video was very effective and funny.
Management is the act of getting things done through people with the aim of achieving goal. It was the simple definition she mentioned in the class. From the video we understood that team work is essential but without proper management it is useless. She effectively conveyed the idea that management is essential in life. It need planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, controlling, evaluation, etc. I am happy that the class was so smooth and she used this video in an effective way to transfer the idea of management.
