..The first PTA Meeting In Google Meet..
For the first time in my life, I have witnessed an online PTA Meeting. Our college has conducted PTA meeting and elected president, secretary , cashier, and other posts. It was interesting and a new experience for everyone. The meeting was planned from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
The college faculties took this opportunities to clarify the doubts and anxieties of parents regarding the academic issues due to covid situations.
.. As part of our syllabus, we were asked to take a group seminar on Suicide and Depression. We made a PPT to make our class effective and make them understand the cause, effects and prevention of suicide and depression. It was very effective for all of us, because this locked down situation has led to increasing suicidal tendency and number of depressive people around us. We hope that, our class was helpful for everyone to understand every elements associated with these issues.
On 22 August 2020, Our college had conducted an awareness class for us. The talk was on Covid 19 pandemic by Dr. Amar Fettle, Consultant Pediatrician at Health Services Kerala who is current Nodal Officer of Public Health Emergency. The talk was conducted from 12 pm to 1 pm.
It was an amazing session. He was very much friendly with us. Our principal welcomed him heartily to the session thorough Google Meet. He beginned his talk by introducing himself and then moved into how corona came to our land, how to prevent Covid or how to survive in this Covid pandemic situation. He was really friendly with us. It was really informative and we were able to clarify our doubts with him.
On 21st July 2020, Department of Natural Science of Mar Theophilus Training College, Nalanchira has conducted an online workshop on "E- Content development and Digital text presentation".
The resource person was Dr. George Varghese, Assistant professor in Education, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram. The session was planned from 10AM to 12.45 PM. But it extended for more than half an our extra.
Mr. George has made us understand various online resources, online platforms and how to develop various e- content based on our subject using various online platforms. It was really useful for us. He made us understand platforms like digital whiteboard, small pdf, FlipHtml5, Joomag, etc.
On 19th July 2020, our principal suggested us to join in a class for augmented reality T 2.30pm. We joined the session which was taken by Mr. Sajan. It was an interesting session for all of us.
Augmented reality was something new for us. But it felts so good that at least we were able to understand that, theses things can be incorporated in our online classroom teaching

I have participated in the national level quiz competition conducted by Mar Thoma teacher`s Training College , Ranni. It was conducted by the Department of physical science in that college.
We were asked to read a book related to education. So we chose books from e books and wrote a critical analysis and reflection on it.
